I had a very London weekend. I had to skip out on a trip to Paris with friends because I was covering a cool sciencey art gallery show (no worries, I pitched the story and was totally psyched to review the exhibition). Instead of Paris, I treated myself to a really Londony day or two. I hit the Tate Modern for some lovely art. I took a boat ride on the Thames, which is where these pics are from. I saw Mozart’s Requiem played by candlelight at St. Martin-of-the-Fields church. The symphony was incredible and the atmosphere eerie and cool. It was a good weekend. A really good one.
Yes, random stranger standing in the Wal-Mart parking lot, have my credit card. Can’t wait til prostitutes start doing this, going to the ATM is always a mood killer.
